Help in logging in

You must know your user identification (an e-mail address you specified as your normal address), and your password. You can get your password by having it mailed to the e-mail address you specified as your user identification. If you change that address, you must change it in the system before you invalidate it. If you fail to do this, you will be required to give an id check and will be charged a fee to reset the e-mail of record.
