Most small business owners have two features in common with other small business owners:

1. They are good at the "technical" aspects of their business (be it training, putting together books, running a vending route, etc.), and
2. They lack business planning skills. We teach you a process for business planning using a very powerful process called "value analysis" or "value planning." Use of this process will help the beginner or even established business thrive.

Lesson Plan

The business plan we teach starts with the basics and grows from that point. While the process is valid for any type of business, we use two business illustration examples (a vending route business - start up and growth model, and a trainer group - start up and growth model).
